Your Business, Your Way. Defining Your Values
Reconnect with what matters most so every choice feels clear and every step feels yours. Three days to uncover your true business values and create a compass you can trust for every decision you make.
Have you ever sat staring at your to-do list and wondered if any of it actually matters?
Found yourself saying yes to clients or projects that drain your energy because you feel you “should”?
Changed your offers or prices because someone else’s way seemed more legitimate than your own?
That quiet discomfort isn’t random. It’s the gap between the way you’re working and what you truly value.
In this FREE 3-day challenge you’ll discover the principles that light you up, the boundaries that protect them, and the simple ways to bring them into your everyday business decisions. By the end, you’ll have your own Business Values Compass. A living guide that helps you lead, create, and grow in a way that feels energising, authentic, and completely yours.
And the best part? It’s completely FREE!

Meet Your Guide
I’m Darleen Redman, and I’m honoured to walk alongside you in this journey of defining your values and leading your business your way.
For over 30 years, I’ve been exploring the ways we can work in alignment with who we truly are, through study, deep personal reflection, and guiding others in their own transformations. Like many women in business, I once found myself following other people’s rules and moulding my work to fit strategies that didn’t feel like mine.
The turning point came when I stopped looking outside myself for the answers and began to build my business around my own values. The difference was profound. My work became lighter, more energising, and deeply fulfilling, and the same happens for the women I now guide through this process.
Helping you uncover the principles that light you up and shape the way you work is not just my passion. It’s what I know creates lasting change.
Thank you for trusting me to help you create a business that feels like home.
Darleen
